Giada Country House is a villa of 1600 and it's characterized by unique architectural details. Above all excels the restaurant with the tuff vaults and the intact mill for pressing of the olives, all wrapped in contrast with a tasteful design. The apartments retain the original features such as terracotta floors, vaulted ceilings and feature and practical and modern furnishings; the outdoor spaces are in perfect country style with swimming pool fully seated in the garden and good tempered by stone walls in view.

Let dip in the tranquility of a small Ligurian village surrounded by the silver greeny of the olive trees. At Giada Coutry House you can still hear the "silence" interrupted only by the tolls of the bell tower of the church dedicated to St. Augustine, where everything is crystallized over time. With a short walk along the path you can reach the Sanctuary of Acquasanta and the little lakes, a system of small lakes adorned with beautiful waterfalls.

The extra virgin olive oil (Monocultivar taggiasca) is the undisputed king of the enogastronomy of the region. Liguria, although is a land of sea, boasts a unique tradition in the kitchen with dishes of the hinterland with white meat accompanied by wines little-known but with character, such as Vermentino and Pigato (white) and Rossese (red). These are the basis of the excellence of our cuisine restaurant serving traditional dishes passed down from family to family with a modern tone.
